PLACING AN ORDER​

To order one or more items, just click on the item you want to watch the information about the item, then click on the ADD TO CART or BUY NOW button. You will be directed to the PAYMENT PAGE.
DOING A PURCHASE ON THE SITE

Browse on the online catalogue and click on any item you would like to buy, adding them to your shopping cart. Please not, that all prices are shown AUD. After you finished your selection fill out the mandatory fields, that we need to complete your order.

We accept online payments via credit cards, PayPal. If you shop outside of Australia, after you placed your order your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

All our payment methods are safely thru our payment providers using SSL secured servers.

In case of using PayPal, please make sure that you transfer your payment choosing AUD.


Shipping Options

Depending of the weight of the ordered items we send your we send the orders by Austral Post with priority.

Inside Australia we apply a post charge of AUD 18 for orders under AUD 200 and free shipping for orders above AUD 200.
We apply worldwide a shipping cost of AUD 200 for orders under AUD 400, and free shipping for orders above AUD 400.


Returns & Refunds

We manufacture high quality products from premium quality basic materials and precision work. Therefore we guarantee our products bought directly from us. In case of Astor Magic products bought from other dealers we can guarantee, only if you prove that the bought item is original and not a copy. You can prove this with a picture about the item and with an invoice from the dealer from where you bought the prop.

Before returning an defective item, please contact us in email. Only authorized returns will be accepted!

If your ordered original item found faulty in materials or workmanship we will fix it, or replace it.
We replace items only in cases mentioned above! If an item is in perfect condition we can’t replace it!

In case of the magic props a valuable part is the secret. Therefore once the secret has be learned full value has been received!
